Noelle was a pleasure to work with. Selling vacant land after a wildfire can be tricky and time consuming, and Noelle remained patient and helpful throughout the seven months it took to list and sell my land. Not only does she have great local knowledge given her time in Napa, is resourceful when challenges arise (like a freak snowstorm the day of your scheduled septic inspection), but she is friendly to boot. Highly recommend!

Noelle made a special effort to visit our home as we were ready to sell. She gave us good directions for presenting our home to potential buyers. When we received two offers, she immediately helped us interpret the offers and select the one that was right for us. All through the escrow period, she sent us Docusigns for various parts of the discovery process, making sure we understood the issue we were signing. We discussed certain issues of the sale process and her guidance through these issues proved to be right on. Finally, her initial help in pricing the house was also right on. Choosing Noelle as our selling agent was a good experience and the right thing to do.Noelle is the best!
